Service availability may vary based on location, property conditions, weather, access, equipment needs, scheduling, and project size.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this website to:
We reserve the right to restrict access to the website if misuse is suspected.
Any estimate, quote, or pricing information provided by Bales Logging is based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may depend on property access, timber condition, terrain, job size, equipment needs, disposal needs, hauling, firewood availability, and other project details.
Submitting a website form, email, message, or phone request does not guarantee a quote, scheduled service, or project acceptance. A job is not confirmed until Bales Logging directly approves and schedules the work.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property, boundaries, ownership, access points, gates, utilities, hazards, underground lines, private roads, easements, and any restrictions that may affect the work.
Before work begins, the customer may be responsible for confirming property lines, obtaining required permissions, notifying nearby property owners when necessary, and ensuring Bales Logging has legal access to the work area.
Bales Logging is not responsible for delays, added costs, or issues caused by inaccurate property information, restricted access, undisclosed hazards, or property boundary disputes.
Logging, timber management, selective cutting, land clearing, and lot clearing involve heavy equipment and changing site conditions. While Bales Logging works carefully and responsibly, customers understand that this type of work may affect soil, ground surfaces, grass, driveways, trails, fences, landscaping, nearby trees, and access areas.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete work safely and efficiently, but exact results may vary depending on property conditions, weather, terrain, timber quality, soil conditions, and project scope.
Firewood availability may vary based on current supply, season, timber work, demand, and delivery options. Firewood may vary in size, type, dryness, and quantity unless specific terms are agreed to in writing.
Any firewood order is subject to confirmation by Bales Logging.
Payment terms will be discussed before work begins. Depending on the project, Bales Logging may require a deposit, partial payment, or payment upon completion.
Customers agree to pay all approved charges for services provided. Late or unpaid balances may result in delayed service, collection efforts, or additional fees where permitted by law.
Logging and clearing work may be affected by weather, ground conditions, equipment availability, site access, emergencies, and other factors outside our control.
Bales Logging will make reasonable efforts to keep scheduled work on track, but we cannot guarantee exact start dates or completion dates unless specifically agreed to in writing.
If you need to cancel or change a scheduled project, please contact Bales Logging as soon as possible.
Project changes requested after work has been scheduled or started may affect pricing, timeline, equipment needs, and availability. Bales Logging reserves the right to approve or decline changes depending on the situation.
Bales Logging may take photos or videos of completed work, equipment, timber, cleared land, or job sites for documentation, marketing, social media, or website use. We will not intentionally publish private personal information such as home interiors, sensitive documents, or confidential customer details.
If you do not want your project photographed or shared, please notify us in writing before work begins.
